Speaker biographies:

PB PROF PETER BRUKNER is a sports and exercise physician and is currently the Australian cricket team doctor.  He is also a Professor of Sports Medicine at Latrobe Sport and Exercise Medicine Research Centre.  He is the co-author  of the renowned text “Clinical Sports Medicine” and has vast experience in treating athletes with hip and groin pain across multiple sports.
RA DR RINTJE AGRICOLA Erasmus MC, The Netherlands is a researcher and orthopaedic registrar, and is an expert in the formation of FAI in young athletes, and its impact on the long term health of the hip joint.
PS  MR PARMINDER SINGH, Hip Arthroscopy Australia is a Melbourne-based hip arthroscopist with a large athletic case load. He has multiple publications concerning outcomes in athletes with hip pain.
 KC PROF KAY CROSSLEY is a sports physiotherapist and director of Latrobe Sport and Exercise Medicine Research Centre. She is an expert in knee and hip injuries in young and middle aged adults.
TP DR TANIA PIZZARI – is a sports physiotherapist and lecturer at Latrobe University. She is an expert in muscle function and motor control in healthy and injured athletes.
AS DR ADAM SEMCIW – is a physiotherapist and lecturer at the University of Queensland. He has published many papers examining hip muscle EMG function in healthy and painful populations
Alison Grimaldi Photo October 2015 (1) DR ALISON GRMIALDI –is a physiotherapist and researcher at the University of Queensland. She is an expert in the management of tendinopathies of the hip and presents regularly in Australia and internationally on the management of hip and groin pain.
JK DR JOANNE KEMP – is a sports physiotherapist and research fellow at Australian Centre for Research into Injury in Sport and its Prevention. Her research is focused on non-surgical and post-surgical physiotherapy for hip pain.
