NeuroPALS
Neuroscience of Physical Activity, Lifestyle and Sport

The NeuroPALS (Neuroscience of Physical Activity, Lifestyle and Sport) is a collaborative research project between La Trobe University (Dr Ebonie Rio) and RMIT University (Dr Ashleigh Moreland). This initiative aims to evaluate the neural (nerve) adaptations that occur following injury, adaptations following strength training and rehabilitation exercises.  We are currently conducting studies in the elbow and hamstring as part of this research.
