Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction Project

Project SUPERK

We are undertaking research looking at what is the optimal exercise rehabilitation program after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR) and are looking to recruit participants for this trial.

We will conduct an in-depth physical assessment with written questionnaires and then you will complete a 12 week exercise therapy program that is designed specifically for people after ACLR. At the end of the 12 weeks you will be reassessed to identify the changes that have occurred with the exercise therapy.

To be eligible for involvement in this research project you need to be:

  • Aged between 18-40
  • Have had an ACL reconstruction in the last 6-15 months
