Feasibility of a reduced sugar diet intervention in the management of adhesive capsulitis

The primary aim of this study is to identify if implementing a reduced sugar diet is a feasible study intervention for patients with adhesive capsulitis.
A secondary aim of this study will be to establish validity of certain biomarkers of inflammation and glycemic control in the context of adhesive capsulitis.
